Payment method

When it comes time to pay for your order, you will be re-directed to PayPal’s secure website. After you have entered your PayPal account details, your payment will be processed and you will then be returned to our store.

How to order

We make it easy. Throughout our website, whenever you see a product you want to buy, just click add to cart and the item will be added to your cart. There are many ways to find what you’re looking for: search by product type, brand name, item or manufacturer number, keywords or browse categories and featured items.

After clicking “Add to Cart” on an item:

If the item you selected has additional options or attachments, the Product Options page will appear. If there are no other options or accessories, you will go directly to the cart. Your cart will be displayed. In your cart, you can continue shopping, save your cart for future purchases, or continue to checkout. Once you select Checkout, you will provide your billing and shipping information. If the item you selected is eligible for home delivery, the Setup, Shipping and Installation page will be displayed for you to select setup, shipping and installation details (if applicable). You can also select a delivery date from the Delivery Schedule page. If your selection does not require home delivery or installation, you will be taken directly to the View Order and Specify Payment Method screen. You will have the opportunity to view your total order including any discounts, taxes and shipping. If you are satisfied, you will provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction. You will then see an order confirmation screen indicating that we have received your order and provide you with a confirmation number for your order.

We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours notifying you that your order has been processed. This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the item purchased, your shipping and delivery information, and any applicable rebate forms. Sears reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any product order and/or service, at any time, for any reason.

Taxes and Exemptions

We are required by law to collect all taxes based on where your order is shipped or delivered. You’ll see the estimated sales tax when you view your order total during the checkout process. The actual charge on your credit card will reflect applicable state and local taxes.

Sangobuy will accept tax-exempt certificates from governments, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Resale and commercial use of our site is prohibited, so Sangobuy does not accept resale exemption certificates.
